Nawlins Oyster, Artichoke and Mushroom Bisque

3-4 chopped mushrooms
1 tsp. shallots
4-5 oz. heavy cream
Oyster liquid, reserved
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 dozen select oysters
2-3 Tbsp. white wine
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 cup artichokes, quartered
2 drops Tabasco
2 drops worchestershire sauce

Saute shallots and mushrooms for one minute in butter. Add white wine, oyster liquid, Tabasco and worchestershire sauce. Reduce by two-thirds. Add heavy cream and reduce until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Add oysters and artichokes, reduce heat and simmer for one minute. Salt and pepper to taste.
