Stir ingredients together and cook until clear and thick. Stir 1/2 mixture into 3 beaten egg yolks. Place entire filing on back of the
stove for 1 minute, add 1 tbsp. butter and pour into baked shell. If you wish to be fancy, use meringue as a topping.
