Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Mustard
- 2 cups Vinegar(white or cider)
- 1/2 Cup water--1Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Salt--1 Tbs Celary Seed
- 1 Tbs. Mustard Seed
- 6 Whole Cloves
- 2 Medium Onions, Sliced
- 12 Hard-Cooked Eggs

Directions
In medium saucepan, blend mustard with a little vinegar; add remaining vinegar and next 6 ingredients. Cover; heat to boiling; simmer 10
minutes. Layer onions and eggs in a gallon jar or bowl with lid. Pour vinegar mixture over the onions and eggs. Refrigerate 24 hours. If you
want more, double the recipe.
