Ingredients
- BEAT until smooth:
- 1--8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 cup half and half milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- SPLIT, rinse, drain on paper towel:
- 3--4 ounce cans whole green chilies
- 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated--reserve 1/2 cup for top
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions
IN 1 1/2 quart casserole, ALTERNATE layers cheese, chilies, batter. POUR tomato sauce over top and add reserve cheese. BAKE until hot, until cheese melts.
