Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large can chunk pineapple, drain and reserve juice
  • 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

MIX:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
ADD juice and MAKE a paste.
Put pineapple layer, cheese layer. POUR over the paste of flour, sugar and juice. BAKE about 45 minutes at 350°F.
