- 1 lb. oxtail
- 3/4 c. rice
- Beef bouillon
- 1 can tomato soup & 2 cans water*
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 med. tomato, sliced

Directions
*16 ounces of spaghetti sauce and 2 cups water may be substituted. Add all ingredients. Cook on stove for 3 hours, covered, on low flame or in crock pot on low for 7 hours. Cool, skim fat, reheat before serving.
