Ingredients
- 2 lb Fresh green beans
- 1 Large red bell pepper (juilenne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup chopped bacon (cut into 1/2 squares)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
Mix heavy cream, sour cream and garlic in a bowl.
Place green beans in an even layer in a greased glass casserole pan.
Pour the cream mixture over the green beans.
Evenly layer the bacon, red pepper and then the cheese over the beans. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (the cheese should be golden brown when done).
