Ingredients
- small tin of black pepper
- 6-8 cloves of garlic
- 1#of sugar(more to taste if desired)
- 1 large jar crushed red pepper
- 2#kosher salt
- 2 large bottles tobasco(or equiv)
- 2 gal cider vinegar

Directions
Get a big ole pot and put it on the stove, Add the vinegar,salt, sugar,tobasco, red pepper, black pepper, to the pot when it gets hot. Bring to a simmer, then add yer garlic. Boil all that stuff together for about 20 min.(or until yer wife yells at ya fer stinkin up the house.) Let it cool down and pour back into the vinegar bottles. youll have more than will fit into the jugs so save the rest fer puttin on yer sandwiches and such. Now .....while yer kookin yer hog just poke some holes in the cap of the jugs and sprinkle a bunch of this stuff over the hogs while they is a kookin. dont bee scared to lay it to 'em. when yer hogs is done just dip a bit over your sandwiches an......DANG...thats good!!!!
