Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat hammer,dab the butter and minced garlic in the middle of the breasts.Place a mozzarella stick in the middle of the breast,then roll the breast up,so that nothing will escape while cooking.Use the bacon strips and the tooth picks to hold it together.
