Artichoke Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

Directions

Drain artichoke hearts and mince finely. Combine with remaining ingredients until mixture can be molded into small balls. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 15 minutes. Yield: about 4 dozen. To Freeze: Arrange artichoke balls on a cookie sheet; freeze, and then transfer to freezer bags. To serve, place frozen balls on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree F. oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
