Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Pace Picante Sause
- 1/4 block of Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/4 block of Cheddar Cheese
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
Using a glass cooking dish, lay the chops on the bottom. Salt and Pepper the top and bottom of the chops. Shred the Cheeses over the top of the chops, use more or less cheese for your preference. Pour the picante sause over the top of the chops and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
I usually serve this with whole asparagus and sliced new potatoes.
