Ingredients
- 1/2 c dark chocolate melted
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/3 c dark rum
- 1/4 c corn syrup
- 2 1.2 c fine chocolate wafer crumbs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 c finely chopped nuts

Directions
Mix sugar, rum, and syrup. Add melted chocolate. Stir in chocolate wafer crumbs, cinnamon and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Scrape down sides, cover, and refrigerate until mixture is firm.
Form into 1" balls and roll in cocoa, icing sugar, or chocolate sprinkles, nuts, or wafer crumbs.
Rum balls will keep for up to 1 month in freezer.
