Ingredients
- 1 oz. oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 lb. diced onions
- 1 quart veal stock
- 1/3 lb. diced celery
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 lb. diced green peppers
- Pinch of thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic puree
- Pinch of chili powder
- 2 oz. tomato paste
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil

Directions
Sweat onions, celery and bell peppers in the oil. Add the tomato paste and pince. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Brown pork in a sautee pan. Add sauce and reduce.
