Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 8 ounces tenderloin tips
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- McCormick garlic and herb seasoning to taste
- Butter
- 2 pieces of Swiss cheese

Directions
Mix eggs with milk then set aside.
Sear meat, onion, mushrooms and seasoning in a lightly buttered pan. Cook until onions are tender and meat is cooked through. Drain off any excess liquid.
In a 12-inch pan, cook omelet in a little butter until nearly done, then turn over. Put pieces of cheese on one side of the omelet, then place meat mixture over cheese. Fold omelet over and heat through. Makes 2 servings.
