Directions
Combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, and pepper. Whisk to combine. Toss dressing with greens in large bowl. Distribute on serving plates. Top with cherries, pecans and cheese. Makes 8 side-dish salads or 4 main-dish servings.
