Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- Ground white pepper to taste
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar

Directions
Place cauliflower, broccoli, onion and carrots in bowl with cheese and toss well.
In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise with sugar. Combine with broccoli mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings.
Tester's note: Dressing is sweet. If you prefer dressing that is less sweet, reduce the amount of sugar used.
