Ingredients
- Salsa (see recipe)
- 1 avocado, peeled, pit removed, cut into large dice
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, iced (wear gloves)
- ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro
- Pinch of salt
- 2 (6-inch) flour tortillas

Directions
Prepare salsa and set aside.
For wrap: Gently mix avocado with tomato, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Add salt and mix well.
Warm tortilla in microwave or in lightly oiled frying pan. Place avocado mixture in center of warm tortilla and fold ends over and roll into cylinder.
Cut in half and serve with salsa on the side. Makes 2 sandwiches.
Salsa:
3 tomatillos, husks removed
¼ cup chopped onion
1 jalapeno
1 teaspoon freshly chopped garlic
Pinch of salt
Roast tomatillos, onion and jalapeno in small metal pan or on a cookie sheet under broiler for 8 minutes, turning after about 4 minutes, or until lightly charred on the outside and soft on the inside. Put in blender (cut larger tomatillos in half).
Add garlic and salt and blend until smooth.
