Ingredients
- ½ cup tangy Italian dressing (any brand)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon chopped dillweed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 pounds new red potatoes, unpeeled
- ½ cup chopped green onion

Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients but potatoes and green onion. Set aside.
Boil potatoes until tender, then cut into small chunks. While still warm, toss with dressing. Top with sliced green onions to garnish. Makes 10 servings.
