Ingredients
- 4 cups (about 1 1/2 pounds) crab meat, thawed and well drained if frozen
- 1 cup mayonnaise (about)
- 1 medium-size cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, cleaned and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon dried dillweed
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Break up crab meat in medium-size mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except mayonnaise; mix well. Add mayonnaise, a little at a time, mixing just until salad holds together. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
