- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 2 T prepared white horseradish
- ½ t sugar
- ½ t salt
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed

Directions
In a small bowl, stir together the garlic, olive oil, mayonnaise, horseradish, sugar, salt, and nutmeg.
Steam the green beans until they are cooked but still crunchy. Transfer to a medium bowl and pour the sauce over them. Let cool. Serve chilled or room temp.
