- 6 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
- Lemon garnish

Directions
In shallow dish, combine cheese and flour.
Dip fish into flour mixture, coating it on all sides.
Heat the butter in a skillet and saut the fish in the butter over medium heat until golden on all sides and fish flakes easily - approximately 4 to 6 minutes.
Place fish on a warm platter. Pour the butter in the pan over the fish. Sprinkle with parsley and chives. Garnish with lemon wedges or slices.
