Crab and Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 8 oz. crabmeat (drained and flaked)
  • 1 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeno pickled, finely chopped

Directions

In a saute pan heat olive oil. Add chopped peppers and saute until light brown. Transfer to large bowl. Add artichokes, mayonnaise, parmesan, green onions, Worcestershire, jalapeno, and lemon juice. Mix all together. Add crabmeat and gently mix. Season to taste. Transfer to an ovenware bowl or pie dish. Bake in 375 degree oven till brown, 20-30 minutes. Serve warm with bread.
