Ingredients
- 3-4 chopped mushrooms
- 1 tsp. shallots
- 4-5 oz. heavy cream
- Oyster liquid, reserved
- 1 tsp. melted butter
- 1/2 dozen select oysters
- 2-3 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup artichokes, quartered
- 2 drops Tabasco
- 2 drops worchestershire sauce

Directions
Saute shallots and mushrooms for one minute in butter. Add white wine, oyster liquid, Tabasco and worchestershire sauce. Reduce by two-thirds. Add heavy cream and reduce until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Add oysters and artichokes, reduce heat and simmer for one minute. Salt and pepper to taste.
