Fresh Peach And Blueberry Cobbler With Strawberry Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oz. blueberries
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased baking cup. Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown.

Strawberry Creme Fraiche:

1 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 strawberry, mashed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Blend buttermilk and heavy cream and let sit at least 1 hour. Mash strawberry, add buttermilk and cream mixture, and vanilla. Serve over cobbler.
