Low Carb Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. bag of pork rinds, crushed
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 3-4 tbs. water
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. canned crab meat (4 cans)
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. finely minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c. finely minced celery
  • 1 tbs. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/3 c. finely minced green peppers
  • 1/4 tbs. black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbs. minced parsley
  • 3/4 c. mayonaisse

Directions

Use water to soften pork rind crumbs. Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Pan fry in oil.
