Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, medium
- 1 teaspoon coriander, chopped
- 3 tablespoons nam pla (Thai fish sauce)
- 1 head lettuce
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoons lemon grass, powdered
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onion, chopped

Directions
Place shrimp in a strainer; plunge into boiling, salted water to cover til barely done; drain. Combine shrimp, nam pla, lime juice, garlic cayenne, lemon grass, red onion, green onions and coriander. Chill. Serve over torn lettuce.
