Ingredients
- 1 pk refrigerated fettucini
- 3/4 c half and half
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese; freshly shredded
- 1 pk imitation crab meat (surimi)
- 2 tablespoon green onions; finely chopped

Directions
In 4-quart Dutch oven, cook fettucini according to package directions. Drain, Immediately return fettucini to pan. Stir half-and-half, sour cream, butter and salt into hot cooked fettucini. Add cheese and crab; mix lightly.
To serve, spoon onto serving platter; top with green onions.
