- 6 ears corn (cleaned)
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (I use a little more)
- 2 teaspoons sugar

Directions
Slice corn off the cob and scrap the cob to get the "milk."
Heat skillet and add bacon fat. When skillet is hot, add corn and cook (uncovered) for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot with biscuits and your favorite meat side dish.
