Pull the lobster meat apart into bite-sized pieces and firmly pack 1/2 cup into measuring cup. Place measuring cup with packed lobster meat upside down on hamburger bun and gently tap until meat pops out onto bun. Pour 1 ounce of melted butter or margarine over meat, place top bun on sandwich and press down gently. Makes 4 servings.
