Ingredients
- 7-ounce filet of snapper
- 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Cajun Cream Sauce
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 quart half-and-half or whipping cream
- 1 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Broil snapper in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Saute peppers and onion in butter; add salt and pepper to taste. Then add Cajun seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes. Add flour stirring until lightly brown. Cook approximately 2 minutes. Add half-and-half or whipping cream. Simmer until thickened; approximately 8-10 minutes.
Saute crawfish tails in Cajun Cream Sauce. Pour over snapper and serve with broccoli. Enjoy!
