Seafood - Barbecue Shrimp at GulfCoastRecipes.Com

Ingredients
- 5 pounds shrimp, head on or off, peeled or unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 5 pounds butter
- 2 cups fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 cup oregano
- 6 cups Lea & Perrins
- 1/3 cup dried basil
- 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 cup rosemary
- 3 cups white wine
- 1/2 cup thyme
- 6 cups beer
- 1 cup bay leaves
- 2 bunches green onion
- 1/2 cup cracked black pepper

Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Melt butter slowly and then bring pot to boil and turn heat off. Remove and stir while placing in separate containers.
