Balsamic Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp. dry basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Broil in 9x13 pyrex for 15 minutes each side.
Lest rest 10 minutes, slice in strips.
