Simon and Seafort's Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • Preheat a 7 oz. fizz glass with hot water. Mull 2 cubes sugar in the glass.
  • Then pour in order:
  • Rich strong coffee to 2/3 mark
  • 1 oz. Murphy's Irish Whiskey
  • Float fresh soft whipped cream

Directions

The liquor is always poured last to be sure the alcohol does not evaporate and the drink maintains its strength.
