Pasta House Company Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of french bread
  • 1/2 C. butter (or margarine)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. shredded provelone cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or any other cheese can be substituted)

Directions

Cut bread on the bias into slices. Melt butter and garlic. Dip bread into melted garlic butter. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake at 375° until the bread is heated through and the cheese is melted.
