Ingredients
- 2 jars garden vegetable spaghetti sauce
- Salt
- 1 box lasagna noodles ( do not boil!)
- Pepper
- 1 lg container cottage cheese
- ¼ c water
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1-1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 1 pkg grated pizza cheese
- Fresh grated parmesan cheese
- Italian spices

Directions
Brown ground chuck in skillet, drain and add chopped onion. Cook until onion is transparent. Add spaghetti sauce, italian spices, salt, and pepper to taste. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Spread layer of sauce mixture in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with pizza cheese. Place layer of uncooked noodles (break in pieces to fit crock pot). Spread layer of cottage cheese. Repeat layers ending with a layer of sauce on top. Sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Pour water in side of crock pot. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
