- 2 (11 oz each) cans Green Giant Mexicorn, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (7.8 oz) box cheesy scalloped potato mix

Directions
In 3 1/2 to 4 Qt crockpot, combine all ingredients, making certain that all potato is covered by sauce. Covwr, cook on low for at least 8 hours. Makes 5 (1 1/3C each ) servings.
