Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb) boneless pork loin, rolled and tied
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C cranberry juice
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions
Place roast in pot. Mash up cranberry sauce with the sugar, juice, and spices. Pour over roast. Cover, cook on low for 6 to hours or until meat is tender. serves 4-6
NOTES: Serve with baked yams with butter and dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, and green beans almondine.
Skim fat from pan liquids and use over yams.
