Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- ΒΌ cup water
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Roasted Garlic Soup
- 1 lb Velveeta, cut in cubes
- 2 10 oz pkg. Chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions
Cook rice in chicken broth and water. Set aside.
Heat soup over med-low heat. Add Velveeta and cook until melted, stirring constantly.
Combine rice, soup mixture and spinach.
Pour into well-greased 13x9 pan.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
