Salads - Korean Spinach Salad at GulfCoastRecipes.Com

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound fresh spinach
- 8 ounces fresh bean sprouts
- 8 ounces can water chestnuts - sliced and drained
- 5 slices bacon - fried and crumbled
- 2 hard cooked eggs - sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional - fresh sliced mushrooms

Directions
***Dressing: (combine and chill)***
2/3 cup salad oil
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Trim and clean spinach. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Add bacon and bean sprouts. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving add dressing and toss. Garnish with eggs.
