Ingredients
- 4 cans of shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 can of green chilies (do NOT drain)
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions
In saucepan on low heat, melt cream cheese, milk and butter. Remove from heat and add corn and green chilies. Transfer to 9x13 glass pan. Bake for about 30 minutes. Add shredded cheddar and return to oven. Bake until cheese is melted.
