- 1 (10-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb

Directions
Fill the pastry crust with the rhubarb. In a bowl combine the sugar and
milk until mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add the slightly beaten
eggs, vanilla and salt and mix well. Pour over the rhubarb. Bake at 325-degrees for 90 minutes, or until knife comes out of center clean.
