Ingredients
- 10-14 whole chicken wings, tips removed and discarded (or saved for stock)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- blue cheese dressing
- carrot sticks, celery sticks, and broccoli crowns

Directions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut chicken wings into “wings” and “drumsticks”. Put wings and drumsticks in a single layer on an oven-safe cooling rack (like you'd use to cool fresh-baked cookies) placed on top of a baking sheet. Bake them for 40-50 minutes, or until their skin is crispy and brown.
Meanwhile, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add the Frank’s Sauce, Tabasco, paprika, and cayenne. Stir until well blended.
Take the wings from the oven and put them into a big bowl. Pour in the hot sauce and toss to coat.
Serve with blue cheese dressing and veggies.
