Ingredients
- 2 lb Fresh green beans
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 3 qt water
- 3/4 c Walnuts; toasted & coarsely -chopped
- 1/2 c Green onions; finely chopped
- 1/3 c Olive oil
- 1/4 c Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c Fresh parsley; chopped
- 1/4 c Fresh dill; chopped
- 1/2 ts Salt

Directions
Wash beans; trim ends.
Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven; add beans, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Combine green onions and next 6 ingredients; pour over green beans, and toss gently.
Sprinkle with walnuts; serve hot or cold.
Yield: 8 servings.
