Ingredients
- 10 oz. lobster (or monkfish), bite size pieces
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 10 oz. shrimp, medium size
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 2 tablespoons green peeper, finely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup pimentoes, chopped
- 2 cups light cream
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire

Directions
Saute lobster, shrimp, green pepper, onion and pimentoes in butter for five minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups cream and Worchestershire; mix well.
Combine flour and 1/2 cup cream; blend and add to seafood mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add mustard, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted stirring occasionally. Serve over buttered noodles.
