Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tbsp. vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp. tumeric
- 1 tbsp. vegan parmesan cheese (I used Florentino Parmazano)

Directions
Then add:
2 cups water
1 tbsp soya sauce
and whisk it all together until it is well blended, with no lumps.
Heat the mixture on low heat, stirring very often until it begins to thicken and bubble.
Allow it to bubble approx. 45 seconds, and remove from heat.
Then, stir in:
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp margarine
