Basil Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp+ lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp+ tahini
  • 5 large cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp strong mustard
  • 1 tsp+ horseradish
  • Bunch fresh basil, to taste - I used maybe 10 leaves

Directions

I also added a bit of water to this to get a nice creamy texture. It's strong and spicy, but the basil gives it a delicate flavour. Oh man. I am going to explode from eating all of it.
