Ingredients
- 2 pounds large sweet potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- 4 tablespoons Butter Flavored Crisco

Directions
Heat Criscoâ„¢ in a large heavy skillet.
When hot, add the sliced sweet potatoes.
Cover and lower heat.
After about 5 minutes, uncover and turn the sweet potatoes with a spatula.
Cover and continue to cook until tender, another 5 minutes.
Check frequently to make sure the potatoes don't burn.
Uncover and continue to cook for a few minutes, to glaze the potatoes and brown.
Serve hot.
