Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- Quarter to Half a pint of vegetable stock [use enough to keep the mixture moist and not sticking to the pan]
- Several potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Handful of green beans, trimmed and halved
- Can of chick peas, drained and rinsed
- Can of chopped tomatoes

Directions
- Fry the onion until golden brown.
- Add potatoes and spices and cook for a minute.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover and leave for 30-35 minutes, until potatoes cooked.
