Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup chicken stock

Directions
1 cup half and half
1. Combine garam masala, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger, vinegar, tomato paste and yoghurt in a large bowl and add the chicken. Stir to coat well; cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet and add the onion and cinammon, stirring until the onion is lightly browned. Add the chicken and marinade mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is white.
3. Add the salt, paprika, cumin, tomato sauce and chicken stock; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the half and half and simmer for a further 10 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
