Ingredients

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 lb. Butterball Boneless Breast of Turkey Roast, thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 TB no-salt seasoning blend
  • 3 cups diced red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) fresh baby carrots
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
